  How do I receive my cash from the P.P. program and how long does it take?
  To receive your cash back benefit your company must be enrolled in the program. Each employee then must call or email your Personal Perks councilor before you contact a realtor. The Personal Perks specialist will then survey your needs and assign an agent. You will receive your check within 10 days after closing.
 
  What is the cost to my company or me?
  The program is FREE to enrolled companies or organizations.
 
  How do I enroll?
  Simply, go to the section for registration and email your name, corporation and a contact number. A Personal Perks specialist will call you within 24 hours.
 
  How does my company enroll?
  If your company is not enrolled you will need to call 800-227-3964 and a representative will call the appropriate people at your company.
 
  Who is eligible?
 

All employees organization members.
 
  I am not buying or selling a home, but I want to use the vendor incentives.
  Vendor incentives may be used at any time by registering on line and requesting the discount desired. Certain incentives maybe limited by the manufacturers request.
 
  I don't want to be solicited by realtors.
 

Certain portions of the Personal Perks web site maybe used without contact of a realtor. For instance 1st to Know and Check all listings.
 
  Can I use my own real estate agent?
 

You can use your own realtor as long as they agree to the terms and conditions of the Personal Perks program. You must register first.
 
  Must I use all the services?
 

All vendor incentives are independent of the real estate cash back program. Certain incentives maybe limited by the manufacturers request.
 
  Can I use the P.P. program more than once?
 

You may use the program as many times a year as you want, as long as the conditions of the program are met.
 
  Can I use the program to buy and sell?
 

Yes, Personal Perks may be used to both buy and sell.
